About Us

Adone Holding has been actively working since 2006, initially starting from Austria, where the projects and programs now being developed in the African continent began to be implemented. Today, we also operate from our LATAM offices in Uruguay, providing greater support to the various enterprises developed.

Our multidisciplinary approach in sectors such as vehicle trading, construction, health, and agribusiness allows us to drive economic and social development in each territory where we operate. In addition to commercial operations, we have a marked social commitment that has led us to the design and implementation of various programs that contribute daily to improving the quality of life of the population.

2006

ADONE HOLDING

Adone Holding GmbH, the current name of Asperbras Holding GmbH, began its activities in Austria in 2006. With its Core Business focused on investment control in businesses in the construction, vehicle trading, commercialization, and agribusiness segments, it maintains its operations based on a commitment to quality and responsibility.

2007

GRAND LAKES VEICULOS

Grand Lakes Comércio de Veículos Lda (currently known as Asperbras Comércio de Veículos Lda) based in Luanda, Angola, operates in the heavy vehicle segment on the African continent. The company operates as an official dealer of the Volkswagen brand of trucks and buses, among other complementary brands for the segment. Currently, Grand Lakes is one of the main Angolan companies, offering quality products and after-sales services, contributing to the development of the country's transport system.

2014

ADONE PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Adone Project Management Ltda (currently known as Asperbras Ltda), based in Zonamérica in Montevideo, Uruguay, is dedicated to the development and coordination of programs and projects in the transportation, health, and also in trading operations.

2020

GRANDLAKES VÉHICULES

Grand Lakes Véhicules Sarlu, based in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo, is Adone Holding's most recent investment in Africa. The company will sell heavy automotive vehicles, as well as original spare parts and maintenance services at its service unit in the country.

Currently, Adone Holding GmbH is present with its businesses on 3 continents: South America, Europe, and Africa. Its companies have their headquarters in Austria, Uruguay, Angola, and the Republic of Congo.
